this is a very simple salad or as i have prepared it...as a get together hors d'oeuvres. i thought it was also apt to make something that has all those rounded shapes from the soft and creamy bocconcini, tart gaeta olives and sweet grape tomato on a New Year's Eve gatheriing. simply arranged in skewers and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. ..for a final touch, i served them in those clear rounded goblets for getting a skewer or two with ease! just perfect with your favorite wine!
