HOW-TO
8 T salted butter
8 slices wheat or white bread
8 medium eggs
5 T heavy cream
Salt and Pepper
5 T freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven at 375 deg. F, butter or spray muffin pan.
Butter the bread slices and press into pan.
Bake for 2-3 minutes.
Break one egg on each, pour a little cream and season with S/P.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until egg white is set.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
INDULGE!

yummy am cutting bread but eggs i can have everyday..
