tween time
A tween she may be right now, but my daughter seem to be a little bit more anxious about puberty than expected. First, she asks about 2 brands of acne home remedies getting my opinion on which one I think would be a better choice. Then, she asks about stuffs that is beginning to be a tad difficult for me to give proper and appropriate responses to. Now this is making me even more apprehensive about the future, so to speak.

starting today
M and I decided that today is the day. Tonight when he gets back home from work, we will be starting a new regimen…and that is adding regular exercise in our lifestyle. What kind? We have yet to decide on that haha! One option would be walking. Another would be swimming or badminton or going back to hip hop abs, for me. He is thinking of giving it a shot. This I hope will be a huge help for him. Reading on a clinislim review, maybe one of his meds will be helpful in achieving this goal. But most importantly, we are aiming on lessening his diabetes meds soon, as told by his physician. My personal goal is to help him achieve this…and we have at least 2 weeks! yikes!

congratulations
A cousin-in-law just gave birth, so I heard. I never even knew that she was pregnant! haha! Well congratulations anyway! Enjoy your new bundle of joy. I am positive that you’ll be a great mom and I’m even more positive that you have been good while pregnant with all the prenatal vitamins around, that would’ve helped a lot. of course it doesn’t end there and there’s more meds to come. i somehow miss that stage in my life, but i’m good trust me! haha!

quick week
The week went by so fast, whew! The kids and I spent every single day staying in the house mostly and that entails FB’ing for me, TV for the girl and lego and Wii for the little one…and of course eating in between! yikes! Now, I have to pay for that and I think I should get a treadmill…seriously! or anything that will burn all the carbs and calories….fast! double yikes! haha!

a new found passion
Photography has been pre-occupying me for the longest time now…which I find fun and self-fulfilling. This made me decide that I want to pursue this new found passion. So I am thinking of taking up some formal studies soon, even something that is online. I just think that this will benefit me in the future especially if I become truly serious about this. I have been working on my resumes too and get my website done. Just now, I was taking more pictures of anything and everything that catches my eye, and yes that would include my favorite subject…the kids!

diet meals delivered
Three weeks ago we received the unfortunate Doctor’s diagnosis that my husband has diabetes. Ever since that day, it has not been that easy for all of us but especially for Marco who is a foodie at heart. He loves to cook and he cooks really good food. Needless to say, his happiness is eating…and eating good food at that. Shopping for ingredients is never the same now. We have to take extra time and effort to check on carbohydrates, sugar, calories and sodium content of ever single food that we buy now. It has been a dramatic change when it comes to achieving that healthy and delicious chef diet that he should have from now on.
This makes us dream of getting diet meals delivered to our doorstep. Having that 360 degree turn around our eating habits is one serious matter and what could be better than having somebody else do it for us, right? Much research led me to this amazing solution to our current dilemma and it is trying out fresh delivery for his meals. Basically, we only choose the plan that best suits his needs and we can try it out within a 30 day period and if we really like it, we can change our plan to a 60 or 90 day package. No more counting calories, no more extra cooking with the assurance that everything Marco puts in his system is healthy and more importantly still filling and gourmet. We can even get professional diet coaching so as to monitor carbs and sugar intake with an easy to follow customizable weekly menu to boot. If we go out of town, there’s the option of vacation or holiday suspension too! What more can we ask for, right?

errands for today
One of the errands I managed to accomplish to do today was go to my physician due to some swelling on my mouth after taking anbesol for toothache last Saturday. I just noticed it hasn’t been as it should normally be. I still feel a bit numb[not as much on the first day though]…but my gum isn’t in its normal state, so to speak. I was given anesthesia and now I need to find a short term health insurance NC to at least cover for future dental payments. This I am positive.
