LCD issues

for weeks i have been trying to figure out a way how to fix my dieing laptop’s LCD that was acting up…first it was the battery that died on me. then i thought it was the power adaptor that’s making the screen go into sleep mode. so i bought a new set. guess what, it wasn’t any help at all! i was actually considering getting our huge lcd monitor to it! then my brother-in-law showed me this help website that gives some pretty good suggestions on how to troubleshoot this kind of LCD problems. oh yeah..i did it! by myself! one of the posts actually did the trick! thanks to whoever posted that.
