Litrato: something new in my life
…What were you thinking?
[…akala ninyo kung ano na ano?]
…Creme Brulee with blackberries? What’s that got to do with the title, something new in my life?
[…at ano naman ang kinalaman ng isang french version ng leche flan na may prutas dito sa ating tema ngayong linggo?]
…is that new or freshly made?

[hindi po…sa katunayan, noong isang linggo pa ito nagawa at naubos!]

i have a new toy!

I have been meaning to get a blow torch for quite some time now…and finally, I did! I bought it as a set together with those cutesie mini oval ramekins…
[..matagal na itong pangarap lamang, at ngayon ay naisakatuparan ko na! murang mura!]
…where else should i test drive the gadget but with Creme Brulee, right?
[…syempre pa ito ang aking unang pinag-practice-an!]

guto ko rin nyang blowtorch. may na advertise nasa magazine ng ganyang toy pero di kopa nakita sa mall kaya di ko alam kung saan makaka kuha ng gas refil.

Asar… ang galing mo talaga Ces magluto… I actually thought you discovered a new resto in cape cod which served this lovely creme brulee. So professionally done.
Ingat ka sa torch na yan… don’t use it when you are mad… baka kahit tao eh mag mukhang creme brulee!

I love creme brulee but we’ve never made some at home. I’ve seen chefs on TV using blow torches like that one. It’s cool that you have one too.
