
…this turned out to be better than the first attempt. and still very delicious! personally, i like the added touch of the lingonberry for the topping since it neutralizes the sweetness of the filling and crust…and it does look pretty, doesn’t it? :] thing is, i don’t really like the strawberry or any berry topped kind of cheesecake. it’s just too sweet for my not-so-sweet-tooth. so this take isthe perfect mix, for me…at least.

Mmmm! How I love ligonberries… your cheesecake makes me crave Ann Sathers’ pancakes. But, I think I’d love the cheesecake even more.
