Summer is on its way

What would be more exciting during the coming summer season than go to a place where we’ve never been before. That would be a lot, I know. But there is one state that I am really interested in seeing and that is Colorado. I have heard so much about this wonderful place, mostly from a friend and M’s relative who resides there…but we never really had the opportunity to give it that much thought. Now that I saw this website, I feel like I am going to be doing whatever it takes to convince M and plan a vacation there during the summer break. This is a very good time since the kids will be off from school and we can plan a longer stay.  Plus, this time of year is also the perfect time to enjoy the beaming beauty of the mountains of Colorado, so they say.

Although the winter time would also be a great experience especially for the kids due to its breathtaking snow covered mountain sights and probably get into some skiing activities for the very first time,  I feel that the summer also has a lot to offer for  people looking for that perfect vacation spot like we do.  Most especially now that they have a lot of summertime activities and promotions, this mountain community in fact has in line a 20 weekend festivals and events this coming summer that is worth checking out. Also, you can visit the Telluride Tourism site for such specials like the “4th Flies Free” which offers a 4th ticket free when you purchase 3 on the same flight.  That would be perfect!…just perfect for all 4 of us! Weee!  Right there and then you can even search and reserve your lodging plus your summer or winter activities.
