tapioca pearls in cocomilk

i made this last week together with some ginataang mais. dad is not so much into anything coconut milky that has rice or sticky rice in particular and requested for something like this. recipe is courtesy of cafemunchkin, thanks wengski!:) as suggested by her, i added a touch of freshness and sweetness to it with some sliced jack fruit! yum-oh! dad’s verdict:♥♥♥♥♥ out of ♥♥♥♥♥! he loves it, and so does my daughter, S! soooo much! too bad when he asked for it the next day, it’s all gone!…recipe is here.
