this house is falling apart

Yeah, you read it right. this small apartment is slowly falling apart. first, the foreclosure issues. then the yard that needs to be tended [read:2 feet high grass] and then an option for us to stay and rent until further notice [read:we get evicted just in case somebody buys the property and decides not to have it rented out anymore] now…the fridge! i actually had melted coffee ice cream a few hours back. we have no landlord to report his to and i don’t intend to spend that much for a new fridge. i just might as well get a surplus unit. maybe that will save us from further losing precious dollars, huh?
