WordlessWednesday:into the wilds 2

…this is the second league of our recent trip to the South Shore Science Center. the field trip that my son attended and i chaperoned. fun, right? i think this was the very first photo i took since we trailed 4 different parts of the center and this was the very first spot we stopped in.

…a very interesting looking habitat or shelter huh? and if i remember it right, it’s called turkey tail nest? sort of, teehee…due to the resemblance to a turkey tail, obviously..pretty amazing:]

…we also trailed this boardwalk deck to get a better view of the scenic lake.

…this 11 year old iguana was rescued by people from around here in Quincy, apparently lost when he was just about 3 y/o and the center has been in custody of the green reptile.
